AWS Kinesis

Event streaming is a sequence of events, meaning order between events matters, think audio/video streams. Events flow through the system in a specific direction: from producers to consumers. Event streaming is an implementation of the pub/sub architectural pattern.  

AWS Kinesis is designed for very high throughput and can be used to gather, analyze and process realtime video and data streams at any scale. AWS Kinesis follows the pub/sub messaging model. It provides a way to react quickly once data has been processed, enabling new insights to be derived in seconds.

You can set up rules with Ably that can send data such as messages, occupancy, lifecycle and presence events from Ably to AWS Kinesis.
